A downloadable game
In a world of madness and chaos, a child owns the final castle in the whole world inherited from his father. This castle has always belonged to his family, and now he has to defend it from invaders as his dad cannot do it.
A lot of common animals like ducks, moles and crabs have been cursed and abducted by the final boss to help him conquer the last castle. Besides, the boss brings his own army, full of zombies, skeletons and ghosts.
Will the kid be able to defend the family castle by himself?
How to play
In Castle Kid, you must survive and try to defend your castle from the enemies that want to conquest it. You will fight against a variety of monsters in several rooms of the castle by using your gun.
These are the controls of our game by default. However, you can change them whenever you want:
- Move Right: Using P
- Move Left: Using O
- Move Up: Using Q
- Move Down: Using A
- Shoot: Space
- Move Right: Using Right Arrow
- Move Left: Using Left Arrow
- Move Up: Using Up Arrow
- Move Down: Using Down Arrow
- Shoot: Enter

The gesture of the Rainbow Island game is that some enemies will drop a rainbow when they die . If the player touches it, the rainbow will be split into four particles that will destroy everything in its path.
HOW TO RUN THE GAME IN A REAL AMSTRAD CPC
Load the cassette into the device, then type RUN"[ENTER] press play, then any key.
HOW TO RUN THE GAME USING A EMULATOR
You can play the game using any AmstradCPC emulator (WinAPE, RetroVirtualMachine...). Load the file castlekid.cdt into the emulator, then type RUN" and press ENTER. More information in the UserManualCastleKid.pdf.
